About us. https://www.pegia.com is operated by Pegia USA LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (EIN: 61-2361025). Contact: care@pegia.com.

Orders. Your order is an offer to purchase; the contract forms when we send dispatch confirmation. We may cancel orders for obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability, with a full refund within 14 days.

Prices, taxes and payment. Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable sales tax; where we are required to collect sales tax, it is added at checkout. All import duties, customs fees and clearance charges are covered by us (Delivered Duty Paid) — you pay nothing on delivery. Payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery. We ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye by DHL Express; estimated delivery 2-3 business days (longer in holiday periods or customs congestion). Title and risk pass upon delivery.

Returns. You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy. The direct cost of return shipping is USD 35, deducted from your refund when you use the prepaid DHL return label we provide; returns of defective items are free. If an item is defective or not as described, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is”; our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects any non-waivable consumer rights under your state’s law.

Intellectual property. All site content belongs to Pegia USA LLC or its licensors.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence.
