Return & Refund Policy (USA)

14-day returns. You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unworn (indoor try-on only), with tags and original packaging. Sheepskin footwear worn outdoors cannot be accepted.

How to return. Email care@pegia.com with your order number. We will confirm receipt immediately and email you a prepaid DHL return label — returns are handled at our centre in Türkiye and the label covers all customs formalities. Please do not ship with your own carrier and do not send goods to any US address — returns are accepted only via the DHL label. Hand the parcel to DHL within 14 days of telling us.

Return cost. The direct cost of return shipping is USD 35, deducted from your refund when you use our DHL label. This cost is communicated before you order. Returns of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items are always free — the USD 35 is never charged in those cases.

Refunds. Issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of dispatch). Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 30 days — we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges. Please note that we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, return your item for a refund following the process above and place a new order for the item you would like.

Note for California customers. This policy is displayed in accordance with Cal. Civ. Code §1723. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
