Information we collect. Order and account information (name, address, email, phone, purchase history); payment information (processed by our payment providers — we do not store card numbers); marketing information (email address, preferences); device and usage information collected via cookies and similar technologies (IP address, browser, pages viewed), including through analytics and advertising partners.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders and provide support; to send order updates; to send marketing emails if you sign up (unsubscribe anytime); to analyze and improve our site; to show and measure ads; to prevent fraud; to comply with law.

How we share it. With service providers (Shopify, payment processors, DHL Express, our fulfilment centre in Türkiye, email and analytics providers); with advertising partners (which may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws); as required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.

Your US state privacy rights. Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others), you may have the right to know/access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and “sale”/“sharing”. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. To exercise rights, email care@pegia.com or use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. You may use an authorized agent; we may need to verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

Notice of financial incentive. We offer a welcome discount (e.g. 10% off) in exchange for joining our email list. The value of this incentive is reasonably related to the value of the email address you provide, which we estimate by reference to the discount’s value. You may join via the sign-up form and may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing, without penalty.

Categories disclosed (last 12 months). Identifiers, commercial information, internet activity — to the service providers and partners listed above, for the business purposes above.

Retention. Order records up to 6 years; marketing data until you unsubscribe; otherwise as long as necessary.

International processing. Your information is processed in the United States and, for order fulfilment and returns, in Türkiye, by the providers above under contractual safeguards.

Children. Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
