Shipping Policy (USA)

Where we ship. All 50 US states and the District of Columbia. Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye. (DHL Express cannot deliver to PO boxes — please provide a street address.)

No surprise charges — Delivered Duty Paid. The price you pay at checkout is final apart from any applicable sales tax shown at checkout. The US no longer applies a duty-free “de minimis” exemption to international shipments, so every order goes through US customs entry — we handle and pay for all customs duties, import fees and clearance. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Processing and delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered by DHL Express in 2-3 business days. During holiday periods or customs congestion, delivery can take longer. You will receive a DHL tracking link by email.

Sales tax. Where we are required to collect state sales tax, it is calculated and shown at checkout.

Issues. Late, damaged or missing parcels: care@pegia.com — undelivered orders always qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
