About us. https://www.pegia.com is operated by Pegia UK Ltd, company number 14797805, registered office 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT. EORI: GB093111046000. Contact: care@pegia.com.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email dispatch confirmation. We may refuse orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability; payments taken are refunded within 14 days.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in GBP and are final: all import taxes, customs duties and clearance charges are covered by us (Delivered Duty Paid) — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. Payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery. We ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye by DHL Express; estimated delivery 1-3 business days (up to 7 in holiday periods or customs congestion). Risk passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

Cancellation and returns. As a consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), as described in our Return & Refund Policy. The direct cost of returning goods is £25, deducted from your refund when you use the prepaid DHL return label we provide; returns of faulty goods are free. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty products. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty you may reject it within 30 days for a full refund, or have it repaired or replaced; if a repair or replacement fails, you may claim a price reduction or a final refund. Contact care@pegia.com — return shipping for faulty items is on us.

Our liability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made or not caused by our breach. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the products.

Intellectual property. All content on this site belongs to Pegia UK Ltd or its licensors.

General. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also rely on the courts and mandatory consumer rules of your home nation.
