Return & Refund Policy

Your 14-day right to change your mind. You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

How to return. Email care@pegia.com with your order number (or use the model cancellation form below). We will confirm receipt immediately and email you a prepaid.

DHL return label — returns are handled at our centre in Türkiye and the label covers all customs formalities. Please do not ship with your own carrier before contacting us, and do not post goods to our London registered office — returns are accepted only via the DHL label. Hand the parcel to DHL within 14 days of telling us.

Return cost. The direct cost of returning the goods is £25, deducted from your refund when you use our DHL label. This cost is communicated before you order. Returns of faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered items are always free — the £25 is never charged in those cases.

Condition of returns. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop (indoor try-on). We may reduce the refund for diminished value caused by handling beyond that — sheepskin footwear worn outdoors will normally reduce the refund. Please return items with tags and original packaging.

Refunds. We refund all payments received for the goods within 14 days of your cancellation notice (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of dispatch). Refunds go to the original payment method; the £25 return cost is deducted for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty items. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may reject a faulty item within 30 days for a full refund, or choose repair or replacement. Contact care@pegia.com — we provide a free return label for faulty items.

Exchanges. Please note that we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, return your item for a refund following the process above and place a new order for the item you would like.
