Shipping Policy

Where we ship. All of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye.

No surprise charges — Delivered Duty Paid. The price you pay at checkout is final. All import taxes, customs duties and clearance charges are covered by us. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Processing and delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered by DHL Express in 1-3 business days. During holiday periods or customs congestion, delivery can take up to 7 business days. You will receive a DHL tracking link by email.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete — DHL uses them for delivery notifications.

Issues. If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact care@pegia.com — undelivered orders always qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
