What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags and labels attached, and proof of purchase must be provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Turkey. The standard outbound delivery cost is refunded during the cooling-off period, but express or premium delivery charges are not.
