About us. https://www.pegia.com is operated by Pegia USA LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (EIN: 61-2361025). Contact: care@pegia.com.

Orders. Your order is an offer; the contract forms on dispatch confirmation. We may cancel orders for obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability, refunding all amounts paid within 14 days.

Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in your local or selected currency and are final: all customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are covered by us (Delivered Duty Paid) — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery, in any country we ship to.

Delivery. We ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye by DHL Express; estimated delivery 3-5 business days (longer in holiday periods or customs congestion). Risk passes on delivery.

Returns and consumer guarantees. We offer a 14-day return policy worldwide; see the Return & Refund Policy. The direct cost of returning goods is USD 35, deducted from your refund when you use the prepaid DHL return label we provide; returns of defective goods are free. For Australian customers: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality where the failure is not major. Nothing in these terms excludes such rights, or equivalent non-excludable rights in New Zealand, Canada, South Korea and elsewhere.

Faulty products. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a product is faulty you may reject it within 30 days for a full refund, or have it repaired or replaced; if a repair or replacement fails, you may claim a price reduction or a final refund. Liability. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant order and to foreseeable loss.

Intellectual property. All content belongs to Pegia USA LLC or its licensors.

Governing law. The mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence always remain applicable and you may bring claims in your local courts where the law so provides; otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
