Who we are. pegia.com is operated by Pegia USA LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States — the controller of personal data processed via https://www.pegia.com. What we collect. Order and account data; payment data (processed by our payment providers — we do not store card numbers); for deliveries to South Korea, your Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), used solely for customs clearance; marketing data (with your consent); technical data via cookies. We may also receive your data indirectly (e.g. from delivery or advertising partners) — this policy applies to that data too, and we notify you where required (including under New Zealand’s IPP3A).

Why we use it. Order fulfilment and support; service messages; marketing emails you signed up for (unsubscribe anytime — we honour requests within the shortest period required in your country); analytics and site improvement; fraud prevention; legal compliance.

Sharing and international transfers. Service providers acting on our instructions: Shopify, payment providers, DHL Express, our fulfilment centre in Türkiye, email and analytics providers. Your data is processed in the United States, Türkiye and the countries where these providers operate, under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights by country. Wherever you are, you can request access, correction or deletion and object to marketing: care@pegia.com. Australia — you may complain to us and then to the OAIC; this policy describes our overseas disclosures as required by the APPs. New Zealand — you may complain to the Privacy Commissioner. Canada — PIPEDA and, for Quebec residents, Law 25 apply; you may complain to the OPC/CAI. Japan — APPI: retained personal data items, purposes and request procedures are as set out here; transfers outside Japan rely on your consent or equivalent safeguards. South Korea — PIPA: details of overseas processing (recipients, country, items, purpose, retention) are available on request; you may contact the PIPC. Singapore — PDPA: our Data Protection Officer can be reached at care@pegia.com; you may complain to the PDPC.

Retention, children, changes. Order records up to 6 years; marketing data until you unsubscribe. Not directed at children under 16. Updates appear on this page.
