Shipping Policy (International)

Where we ship. Worldwide — headline markets: Australia, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye.

No surprise charges — Delivered Duty Paid. The price you pay at checkout is final. All customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are covered by us, in every country we ship to — including Japan’s leather footwear duties and Canada’s import taxes. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Processing and delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered by DHL Express in 3-5 business days depending on destination. During holiday periods or customs congestion, delivery can take longer. You will receive a DHL tracking link by email.

South Korea — PCCC. Korean customs requires a Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) for consumer imports. We collect it at checkout; it must match the recipient’s name. You can obtain a PCCC free of charge at unipass.customs.go.kr.

Australia / New Zealand — biosecurity. Our products are finished, fully tanned sheepskin footwear and are declared as such. Parcels may be inspected by biosecurity authorities, which can add a few days.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete — DHL uses them for delivery and customs contact.

Issues. Late, damaged or missing parcels: care@pegia.com — undelivered orders always qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
