Terms of Service (EU)

Product safety (GPSR). Our products are sheepskin footwear manufactured by Pegia Dış Ticaret A.Ş. (Kazlıçeşme Mah. Prof. Dr. Muammer Aksoy Cad. No: 4/C, Zeytinburnu/İstanbul, Türkiye). Our responsible person in the EU under Regulation (EU) 2023/988 is Grüner Baum GmbH, Vorstädter Str. 32, 55276 Oppenheim, Germany, hello@eugpsr.de — you may contact them for product safety matters.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email dispatch confirmation. We may refuse orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability; payments taken are refunded within 14 days.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in EUR (or your selected currency) and are final: they include VAT and all customs duties and import charges (Delivered Duty Paid) — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. Payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery. We ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye by DHL Express; estimated delivery 1-3 business days (up to 7 in holiday periods or customs congestion). Risk passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal. You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, as described in our Return & Refund Policy (including the model withdrawal form). The direct cost of returning goods is €30, which is deducted from your refund when you use the prepaid DHL return label we provide; returns of defective goods are free.

Legal guarantee of conformity. Under EU law you have a legal guarantee of conformity of minimum two years from delivery. If goods are defective or not as described you are entitled to repair or replacement, or — where that fails — a price reduction or a refund. This guarantee is free of charge.

Our liability. Nothing excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or your mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise we are liable only for foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

Intellectual property. All site content belongs to Pegia UK Ltd or its licensors.

Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; you always retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring claims before your local courts. The EU ODR platform has been discontinued; you may contact the consumer ADR body in your country. We are not obliged to participate in ADR proceedings but will consider requests in good faith.
