Shipping Policy (EU)

Where we ship. All EU member states, plus Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Türkiye.

No surprise charges — Delivered Duty Paid. The price you pay at checkout is final. All customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are covered by us. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Processing and delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered by DHL Express in 1-3 business days. During holiday periods or customs congestion, delivery can take up to 7 business days. You will receive a DHL tracking link by email.

Address accuracy. Please make sure your address and phone number are complete — DHL uses them for delivery notifications and customs contact where needed.

Issues. If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact care@pegia.com — undelivered orders always qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
