Return & Refund Policy (EU)

Your 14-day right to change your mind. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

How to return. Email care@pegia.com with your order number (or use the model withdrawal form below). We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately and email you a prepaid DHL return label — our returns are handled at our centre in Türkiye and the label covers all customs formalities, so please do not ship with your own carrier before contacting us, and do not post goods to our London registered office — returns are accepted only via the DHL label. Hand the parcel to DHL within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.

Return cost. The direct cost of returning the goods is €30, deducted from your refund when you use our DHL label. This cost was communicated to you before your order. Returns of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items are always free — the €30 is never charged in those cases.

Condition of returns. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop (indoor try-on). We may reduce the refund for diminished value caused by handling beyond that — sheepskin footwear worn outdoors will normally reduce the refund. Please return items with tags and original packaging.

Refunds. We refund all payments received for the goods within 14 days of your withdrawal notice (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of dispatch). Refunds go to the original payment method; the €30 return cost is deducted for change-of-mind returns.

Defective goods (legal guarantee). You benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of minimum 2 years from delivery. Contact care@pegia.com: we provide a free return label and, at your choice where the law so provides, repair, replacement or a refund.

Exchanges. Please note that we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, return your item for a refund following the process above and place a new order for the item you would like.
