2. Shipping Cost

We offer express worldwide delivery via trusted international carriers, including DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping fees vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

We partially cover international shipping costs to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery. Please note:

       Shipments are sent via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and operational availability.

       Delivery is door-to-door.

       Customs duties and taxes are included where applicable for the above regions.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Method

All orders are shipped using express courier services such as DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx to ensure fast, secure, and trackable delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. Change of Delivery Address

Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at care@pegia.com.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for further information.

8. Returns & Refunds Summary

       Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

       Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all non-faulty returns, regardless of the reason for return.

       All returns, regardless of your delivery destination, must be sent to our central warehouse in Turkey. The return address will be provided upon request.

       For faulty or incorrect items, Pegia will cover the return shipping costs.

       We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for all returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Important: As returns are shipped internationally to Turkey, we recommend obtaining a shipping quote from your preferred courier before initiating a return so that you are fully informed of the costs involved.

9. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

       If possible, please refuse delivery and notify the courier.

       If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible for guidance.

10. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgement

Important: By completing your purchase on pegia.com, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Shipping Policy and the associated Refund & Returns Policy, including that:

       Return shipping costs for all non-faulty returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.

       All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Turkey, regardless of your original delivery destination.

       You are responsible for ensuring returned items reach our warehouse safely, using a tracked and insured courier service.
